Summary
BalkanWeb's footage, as described in its reports, shows student Klevin Metaj (University of Tirana) walking on a pavement near the Ministry of Education and being struck by an officer, followed by a physical scuffle with several officers. Later reports describe him in a police van with visible marks of violence. His mother, the journalist Brikena Metaj, said an officer struck him from behind and insulted him.
