Reporter.al/BIRN (2026-05-29) says it manages the offshore ownership chain behind the Zvernec developer. Follow the Money also says it created an unnamed Dutch company that received profits from an Albanian client's activity, which ended up with Bulgarian and Russian shareholders (FTM claim, not verified). Citizens.al (2026-06-08) says the Strik-associated companies (including Dutch Trust Management) are not linked to Sazan or Zvernec by any evidence in the article.
