Company named in a PD statement (Balkanweb, 16 April 2026) as the centre of an alleged network in the AKSHI procurement case, owned at least on paper by Gëzim Hoxha, brother of Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha. The PD also claimed a secret AKSHI contract of about 60 million euro. No SPAK statement, registry extract or contract record was found to confirm either.
