Investigative network whose 2020 Fraud Factory reporting on call-center scams named Amant Josifi and, as quoted by exit.al, reported a Pegasus Communications link to Olsi Rama. Its own pages returned HTTP 403 to WebFetch, so OCCRP text was read only through search summaries and exit.al quotations.
