Per kastrati.al (company's own wording, undated page): 'Kastrati Group JSC in 50% partnership established in 2016 the concession company'. Per Exit.al (2018): Kastrati sa and Salillari shpk bought a 60% stake from three foreign partners in early 2017 and became sole owners. The other 50% holder, and Salillari's exact share, are not identified in any source read. The Albanian registry (QKB) extract was not opened.

Description
Concession company for the Milot-Morinë highway (Rruga e Kombit, A1/SH10) under a 30-year concession contract with the Government of Albania. Kastrati's own website gives the address as Farkë, Tirana, says the company was established in 2016 by Kastrati Group JSC in 50% partnership, and lists the scope as construction and upgrade of interchanges, bridges and roads, maintenance, operation of the Thira tunnel and operation of the first toll station. Exit.al (2018) states that the company administrator from October 2017 was Nicola Spadavecchia. A search summary cites ahc.al for an establishment date of 27.12.2016; that page could not be opened (certificate error).
