Kastrati's own website gives the address as Farkë, Tirana, says the company was established in 2016 by Kastrati Group JSC in 50% partnership, and lists the scope as construction and upgrade of interchanges, bridges and roads, maintenance, operation of the Thira tunnel and operation of the first toll station. Exit.al (2018) states that the company administrator from October 2017 was Nicola Spadavecchia. A search summary cites ahc.al for an establishment date of 27.12.2016; that page could not be opened (certificate error).
