Socialist politician; Deputy Mayor of Tirana from 2015 to 2023 (Wikipedia). Wikipedia states that 3i-Solutions won contracts from municipally owned entities while he chaired the supervisory board of Tirana DC, and that ownership records listed his wife and another person as equal shareholders in a company, without clearly stating which entity. Exit.al reports a contractor paid for a two-night stay for him in Barcelona (€1,816 per search summary). A search summary of Wikipedia (citing Balkan Insight, May 2024) says a restaurant co-owned by his wife was linked to municipal payments for events and to public contracts awarded to entities linked to it; not verified against any registry.
Response from Arbjan Mazniku
Said he did not interfere in any tender while in office; per Wikipedia summary he denies involvement in operational decisions at the restaurant or Tirana DC.
