Profile
Artur Metani is the High Justice Inspector. A search for his OSF link found no primary record of any OSFA or OSF employment, grant or project with him. Partisan sources (an IFIMES paper written by Sali Berisha and an ECLJ article) list him among former OSF staff or associates appointed to judicial bodies, and the ECLJ says he chaired the national commission that drew up a justice shortlist. Those claims are not confirmed. Recent Albanian coverage of his work describes US and Danish visits in 2026 and a meeting with civil society organisations, and does not name OSFA; one US visit meeting was supported by Open Gov Hub Albania, not OSFA.
