Profile
Former LSI minister who, according to Shqiptarja (March 2018), promoted the Milot-Morinë (Rruga e Kombit) concession and in 2014 publicly discussed a toll of five euros. Exit.al (2018) reports that the minister who backed the losing Vendeka bid resigned shortly after the 2016 Public Procurement Commission decision and names Haxhinasto as that minister; Shqiptarja (2018) instead names Sokol Dervishaj as Minister of Transport and Infrastructure in 2016 who negotiated and signed the contract. The two accounts conflict. No charge against him was found in the sources read.
