Reporter.al (BIRN): ZSAD established August 2024 (per article), owned through a chain of shells managed by Dutch Trust Management B.V.; the article says ZSAD is wholly owned by Redi Struga through Smart Construction Invest; Blue Industries Investment Holding B.V. owned by five anonymous Albanians, none above 25%; Struga described as intermediary for the Al-Khayyat brothers.
